Karaoke With REMi Event Policy

Deposit minimums are $250 to reserve a date/time slot and up to 50% for events over $500. First $250 from deposit is non-refundable within 60* days of event if cancelled/rescheduled by client. *Any/all additional payments forfeited if event cancelled within 14 days. If reschedule occurs within 60 days(not less than 14 days) and payments over $250 have been made; the amount over the $250 will be applied towards new date(within 1 year) with a minimum of $250 necessary to hold new date. Refunds over 60 day notice will incur 10% in processing fees. Event bookings within 30 days will require full payment and these same terms will apply..

Complete payment is due 30 days before event. Payments can be made by Zelle (630) 422-1111 or VISA/MC/DISC/AMEX payment link on our website homepage. Tips ,if you wish, may be added at this time or anytime after your event. We appreciate you.

All equipment is to be handled with care. Equipment damage fees may be necessary for negligent damage. Equipment replacement fees: Microphone $150 each, Stands $75 each, Small Display Monitor $175, Big Screen TV's $350 each, Speakers $750 each, Lighting up to $250 each, Tent $200, DJ Booth $300, DJ Booth Electronics/Laptops/Mixers $1000+ each.

*negligent acts are which a person(s) deliberately causes damage without care to property, such as mic-drops(an absolute no-no), kicking/knocking over speaker system or equipment, throwing mic stands or monitors in the pool, dropping microphone in the punch bowl. These actions have yet to happen at an event :)

Please keep open foods and fluids a safe distance from our equipment to prevent damage. If karaoke is involved at your event we ask for singing to stay in our staged singing area(for audio clarity), we can make adjustments to extend range, please just ask. Our private events are for all ages. Karaoke limited to children 3 and up. Outside events are an additional $50-$100. Event cost may be adjusted with larger guest count. We must have electric at the site of our equipment setup. For outdoor venues we will need a 10FT X 10FT level area w/electric connection. Wi-Fi may be necessary. Rain-outs: There are no refunds. If for any unforeseen circumstances your assigned KJ/DJ/Host becomes unavailable a replacement KJ/DJ/Host may be assigned. Sorry, No block parties.

Congratulations on winning a hosted karaoke party. Winners are to make contact and claim prize within 48 hours of announcement/drawing/winning. Event date must be reserved within 60 days from win(No Fridays). Event date must be within 1 year of winning/drawing. Each date change may incur a $75 fee. No date changes within 90 days of scheduled event. Our equipment and services are to be located indoors or a well sheltered area(garage/greenroom), added fees for outdoor events. Planning a larger party than described prize or would like to add more time, we can accommodate at newly negotiated rates. Prizes may be gifted/transferred. For-Profit establishments (restaurants, bars, banquets, etc.) do not qualify for free hosted party unless it's for a private event. Your private event may take place at ANY venue/restaurant/banquet or your home or business. All policies described in 1.Equipment and 2.Restrictions & Requirements above, apply.
